In December 1996, my 18-year-old sister, Zorana Rinaldi, died in a car crash. I was just seven.

My dad began documenting her life—recording interviews, saving tapes—in hopes of sharing her story with the world.

But the project faded. Life moved on. Or so we thought.

More than two decades later, I’m uncovering those old tapes—and something else: the grief I never fully faced. As I piece together her story, I realize I have one of my own to tell.

Angels Dance is an audio documentary miniseries about memory, family, and what we carry with us long after loss.

But it’s also something deeper. Along the way, I explore questions that have haunted me—and many of us—for years:

Is there life after death? If so, what is it?

What’s the purpose of our existence—and how do we live in relationship to whatever comes next?

This isn’t just a story about death.

It’s a story about hope, meaning, and the invisible threads that connect us across time.
